It’s not clear if they are on sale to the public, as they were made by Internet Librarian International to protest provisions of the PATRIOT Act and there doesn’t seem to be a “shop” section of their website. However, if you want to try to contact them and try to claim this possibly “perfectly ironic” t-shirt, they have a Facebook group. Pretty sketch, but to the best of my knowledge, these people do not have an email address.
